摘要
随着中国城镇化进程的快速发展,位于城镇附近的公路交通安全已经成为严峻的问题。本文针对城乡经济一体化发展进程中公路交通面临的新问题:公路与城市道路接合点的横断面突变、公路沿线“村镇化”、平交路口的“商业化”所带来的交通安全隐患,分别提出相应的对策:加强公路平交路口出入管理;引入如下三个新的设计理念:公路与城市道路衔接处的断面渐变段设计理念,村镇出入口交通静化的理念;商业化平交路口的二级出入式设计理念。本文分别提取了相应的案例,通过对比式设计以及相应的示意图,将上述设计理念融入到方案设计之中。
With the fast development of China' s urbanization, highways around cities andtowns are experiencing severe traffic safety problems. This paper addresses new issues of highway safety during the urban-rural economic integration process, such as cross-section transition area abruptness between highways and urban streets, “clustering” development along the highways, and business concentration around intersections. The paper proposes strategies to deal with the above problems, including improving access management of highway intersections, cross-section transition area design, traffic calming for the entering and exiting traffic to villages, and two-step entrance exit design for “commercialized” intersections. The last three of the four strategies are new design concepts introduced. The paper also provides the corresponding cases to illustrate how to use these new design concepts in scheme design by comparative design and related diagrams.
