摘要
污水处理厂的主要副产品为污泥,目前国内外普遍采用的污泥处理方法过程中要产生沼气,其主要成分为甲烷,含量约占60%.现有的沼气回收利用方案比较适合大型污水处理厂污泥的处理,但由于投资大、成本高,不适用于小型污水处理厂.根据小型污水处理厂的特点,结合北方地区的气候特征,提出沼气的减排、利用方案,并在着重进行环境效益分析的基础上,兼顾经济效益分析.
The main by-product of a sewerage disposing plant is dirt. At present, the ordinary method for disposing the dirt produces firedamp, chiefly methane, which is about 60%. Because of the capital reason, the existing project for firedamp reuse only suits for the large sewerage disposing plants instead of the small plants. Based on the speciality of the small sewerage disposing plant, this paper proposes a new project that considers into the climate characters in the north of China. Through the investigation on environment and economy, this project can consider economy, feasibility and environment synthetically. Furthermore, this paper details the feasibility on a will-be small sewerage disposing plant in Zhangjia kou.
