施工索赔一般包括费用索赔和工期索赔,索赔是伴随着施工风险而产生的,是一种对利益损失和权利损害的补偿手段,是承包商施工管理活动控制的主要目标.主要探讨现场管理费的计算方法.
Construction expenditure compensation-claiming is one of the most important sectors of construction compensation-claiming. It is a means to compensate the loss with the emergence of construction risks and a main target of the contractors who claim for compensation. The amount of expenditure compensation claimed relates to the contractors＇ profit and loss and expenditure compensation-claiming is the most difficult and divergent compensation-claiming. This paper mainly discusses the computing method of supervision cost.
