宝钢一高炉热媒式余热器由于漏水多,维护不便,未能有效提高助燃空气、煤气温度,导致能源浪费。针对其存在的问题进行改造,提高了运行效率,节能降耗效果明显。

Because of its water leakage and cumbersome maintaining, the heat retrieving apparatus couldn＇t effectively increase the air and gas temparature for Baosteel No. 1 BF, which would lead to a waste of energy. In view of these problems, a revamping project was made, which has improved the apparatus＇ efficiency. Its energy-saving effect is obvious.
