介绍了宝钢分公司4号高炉炉壳现场焊接的工程特点及难点,分析了现场需要解决的焊接技术难题,并采取了相应的技术措施及质量管理措施,取得了较好的效果。
The on-site welding project＇s characteristics and difficulties of Baosteel Branch＇s No.4 blast furnace hull are introduced. Welding technical problems to be settled on-site are analyzed. In addition, favorable effect is gained through adopting corresponding technical measures and quality control ways, Finally the experience of on-site welding technology for Baosteel Branch＇ s No.4 blast furnace hull is summarized.
