钢管热连轧机架爆炸复合衬板的研究

摘要 在分析了各种钢板复合工艺优缺点的基础上,首次提出钢管热连轧机架耐磨衬板采用爆炸焊接工艺进行复合。衬板背面选用韧性强和焊接性能好的低碳低合金结构钢,衬板工作面选用中高碳多元低合金耐磨合金钢。在此基础上,研究了两种不同钢板的爆炸复合工艺, 检测了复合面的组织和性能,并研究了复合钢板的热处理工艺,着重解决了复合钢板高温热处理时的氧化和淬火冷却时的变形。 On the basis of the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of various steel plate compound processes,the blast welding process which has been adopted to produce wearing resistant liner of the hot continuous rolling mill housing for steel tubing was put forward for the first time. A kind of low carbon low alloy structural steel with high strength and toughness and excellent weldability has been chosen for the back of liner, while medium and high carbon steel with multi-element low alloy steel and wearing resistance for the working face of liner. Moreover, the blast welding process for the different steel plates has been studied and the microstructures and properties of the compound layer have been tested. The heat treatment process of the compound liner has been also studied and the problem of deformation caused by oxidation at high temperature and caused by quenching has been solved. The newly developed compound steel plate has excellent service effect on the hot continuous rolling mill housing for steel tubing.
