宝钢分公司线材轧机产品的设计规格范围为φ5.0～25.0。目前市场上对φ25.0以上大规格冷镦钢需求稳定增长,为了满足市场对更大规格产品的需求,考虑了宝钢分公司线材轧机的工艺条件和设备能力后,在不添置设备的前提下,对生产φ526.

The design specification of Baosteel wire rod mill＇s product mix ranges from Ф5.0 to Ф25.0. But there is a trend in the market that the demand for cold heading steel with Ф25.0 or above is growing steadily. In order to meet the requirement for bigger size wires in the market, through carefully considering of the process conditions and equipment capacities, the authors have put forward a research project on production of Ф26.0 series in Baosteel without adding any other auxiliary equipment.
