摘要
激励方法是否有效是每个企业非常关心的问题。为了更好地选择激励方法,降低选择成本,提出了激励效果评价模型。用经济增加值(EVA)作为评价指标,给出了EVA及其增长率的计算方法和模糊评价具体过程。应用模糊综合评价法对激励效果进行了事前评价,并用实例对评价模型进行了验证。
Every enterprise pays close attention to if promotion is effective or not. In order to improve the promotion and reduee its cost, this paper establishes a model for evaluating the effectiveness of the promotion. Taking economic value added (EVA) as an index,the paper presents a method to calculate the EVA and its rate, and the process of fuzzy and synthetic evaluation. Fuzzy and synthetic evaluation is employed to appraise the effectiveness in advance. The model is tested with an example.
