在制品(WIP)多阶段优化控制方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 以离散式生产的IC制造车间为研究对象,根据该行业工艺多而复杂所引起的在制品(WIP)量多而分布不均的现象,提出了多阶段推-拉(MP-P)生产控制模式;同时在此生产模式下,根据生产提前期的算法为各区间的WIP量的制定和控制提供了依据。通过应用分析,有效解决了此类多工艺行业的投料与WIP量的控制问题,为生产控制提供了一种有效的、可行的解决方案。 This paper deals with the well-known buffer allocation in long reliable production lines, and finds the optimal lead-time that minimizes the manufacturing cycle based on the model of multistage push-pull (MP-P). MP-P is used to control the overall quantity of work-in-process(WIP)in every stage.
