摘要
混合结构房屋基础应根据墙体的共同工作进行适当修正,分别采用独立基础并设置墙下地梁、条形基础矩形修正以及多边形区域的对称和不对称修正等4种基础方案,按地基承载力要求确定基础底面的修正范围及计算公式.所得结果表明,用独立基础代替条形基础,可显著降低工程造价;以条形基础为主进行局部修正时,“+”型节点处修正最大,“┷”型、“┠”型节点处应适当修正,“L”型节点处一般不必修正.该修正方法简便、实用,所得结果简单可靠,可直接用于基础设计.
The shape of building foundation should be moderately revised according to the coworking of the walls in the brick masonry structure. Adopting single-foundation, groundwork beam under wall, strip foundation with rectangle, symmetry and non-symmetry polygonal area of foundation base, the calculating formula and the revised range are determined according to the bearing capacity of foundation. The results show that the engineering cost is reduced using single-foundation instead of strip foundation. The revised coefficient is biggest for “+” linkage area, bigger for “┻” or “┣” linkage area, and no revision of “L” linkage area when strip foundation is partly revised. The revised methods are simple and practical, and the results can be directly applied to foundation design.
