摘要
球磨机制粉系统具有多变量强耦合、非线性严重以及生产工况变化大的特点,采用常规控制策略很难奏效。文章采用一种简化的模糊控制方法实现对球磨机的有效控制。该方法通过比值控制实现对入口负压的控制,同时采用球磨机的出口温度来控制给煤量实现磨负荷的控制。实际运行效果表明,该控制策略具有简单、可靠等优点。
The coal-pulverizing system with ball mill is multivariable, strongly coupled and nonlinear and its operating conditions often vary greatly. It is ineffective to adopt usual control strategies. This paper deals with a simple fuzzy control method to control the coal-pulverizing system. By means of the new method the ratio control is used to realize the minus pressure control of input and the output temperature is used to control the input coal quantity to realize the load control. The application shows that the new control strategy is simple and credible.
