Synthesis of Selenium Nanorods by a Hydrothermal Route

摘要 以H2NNH2.H2O为还原剂、H2SeO3为硒前躯体,水热条件下合成了Se纳(微)米棒,用X-射线粉末衍射和扫描电镜对所得产物进行表征,详细研究了反应温度和反应时间对产物形貌的影响,最后对硒一维结构的形成机理做了初步讨论. Trigonal selenium nanorods were successfully synthesized through a simple and convenient hydrothermal route,based on H2NNH2 · H2O as reducing agent and H2 SeO3 as precursor of selenium. The final .samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effect of hydrothermal temperature and reaction time on the morphology of products was investigated,and the mechanism of one-dimensional structure formation was also probed.
