从学生党员发展、学生党支部设置、干部配备、工作机制创新与工作方式改进等方面研究和论述了高校学生党支部建设必须围绕思想建设、组织建设和作风建设来进行,应遵循“七个步骤”、“四个必须”,抓好“一个重点”、“两个环节”,注意“两个特点”,创新“三个工作机制”,改进工作方式。

This paper reflects upon the construction work of CCP branch of college students, which includes training new members of CCP among students, leadership development, innovation of working system. It also puts forward some practical successful methods.
