摘要
“经济人”是西方经济学关于人性的基本假设。经济人的行为受制度的规范和约束。但是,经济人不正当的寻租行为会导致不公正制度的产生。缺乏公正的制度不仅难以规范经济人的行为,而且还会产生严重的社会危害。因此,确立制度公正,实行有效的制度公正实施机制,实现经济人与公正制度的良性契合意义重大。
“Economic Man” is the basic assumption about the human nature of western economics. The behavior of Economic Man receives the regulation and restraint of the institution. But Economic Man＇s improper behavior can cause inequitable production of Institution to produce. Lacking just Institution not only makes it difficult to regulate Economic Man＇s behavior , but also will produce the serious social danger. So it is of great significance to establish Institution to be just , implement effective mechanism of Institutional justice , and realize economic people and just system to be agreed with benignly.
