摘要 主要介绍了色氨酸在人体内的生理作用、代谢途径及其在医学和工业领域的应用。 The Physiological effect and the metabolic pathway of the tryptophan in the human body are introduced. The application of tryptophan in medical and industrial fields is also discussed.
