摘要
最近的研究中发现细菌中也存在类似多细胞生物的细胞与细胞的信息交流(如群体感应)。本实验提取了大肠杆菌不同生长时期的培养液和菌体经超声波破碎后得到的溶浆,发现它们可使其自身迟缓期缩短,生长加快,而且不同时期的培养液和溶浆对其生长的影响不同。这可能与存在于细菌中的相互作用有关。
Recent investigations exhibit that bacteria as well as cells of advanced creatures maintain their communications of signals. This experiment demonstrated that the sauce extracted from E. coli under the pressure of ultra- sonic waves and the culture liquid in diverse growing period could abbreviate the latent period and accelerate the growth of itself. The liquid and sauce in different period showed different influences. It may be associated with the interaction between the bacterial cells.
