摘要
目的:研究兰科植物球花石斛的化学成分,以探明其有效成分并为制定中药石斛质量标准提供科学依据。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、SephadexLH-20及RP-18等色谱技术分离纯化化合物,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从球花石斛95%乙醇提取物中分离得到香豆素类、肉桂酸苷类、蒽醌苷类等12个化合物,分别鉴定为:香豆素(1),泽兰内酯(2),东莨菪内酯(3),东莨菪苷(4),xeroboside(5),densifloroside(6),isodensi-floroside(7),大黄酚-8-O-葡萄糖苷(8),木栓酮(9),24(R)-6β-hydroxy-24-ethlcholest-4-en-3-one(10),对羟基反式肉桂酸三十烷基酯(11),软酯酸1-甘油单酯(12)。结论:化合物4,5,8,12为首次从石斛属中分离得到,其它化合物均为首次从球花石斛中分离得到。
AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of Dendrobium, thyrsiflorum Rchb. f. and to evaluate the quality of "Herba Dendrobii" (Shihu, in Chinese) more roundly. METHOD: Compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-C18 column chromatography and identified mainly by spectral data. RESULT: Twelve compounds including coumarins, cinnamyl glucosides, anthraquinone gucoside et al were obtained and identified as coumarin(1), ayapin (2), scopoletin (3), scopolin (4), xeroboside (5), densifloroside (6), isodensifloside (7), chrysophanein (8), friedelin (9), 24(R)-6β-hydroxy-24-ethlcholest-4-en-3-one(10), defuscin (11), hexadecanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester (12). CONCLUSION: Compounds 4, 5, 8 and 12 were firstly isolated from the Dendrobium thyrsiflorum,, and the others were obtained from this plant for the first time.
