高校教师职业压力分析及调适

高校教师作为一个特殊的职业群体,在社会转型和高等教育改革的全面推进中,面临着巨大的职业压力,直接导致高校教师身心健康状况不容乐观。形成高校教师职业压力的主要因素为教育改革、学校管理、工作负荷和时间、专业发展、人际关系、学生表现等六个方面,可从社会、学校和个人角度分别进行相应的调适。

With the complete enhancement of social transformation and higher educational reforms, faculty, as a special professional group, are confronted with tremendous professional pressure, which result in their physical and psychological problems. In this article, the author, through his own experience and related studies, analyzes the main factors inducing the professional pressure on the faculty a： educational reforms; school administrations： burdens and work hours; specialty development; personal relationship; students performances, and proposes some adjustment strategies from the aspects of society, schools and individual opinion.
