Design of the Pre-cast Segmental Box Beams of the 4th Guangzhou Metro Line

由于目前国内对预制节段拼装梁的设计、施工缺乏经验,介绍了广州市轨道交通四号线节段拼装梁的设计方法,包括结构设计、接缝处理、剪力键设置、安全系数选取和预应力施加等问题,对今后同类轨道梁的设计、施工及质量控制具有较强的参考价值。

Owing to the serious lack of experience in design ＆ construction of pre-cast segmental box beams at home at present,this paper presents some design methods for pre-east segmental box beams of the 4th Guangzhou Metro Line,including its construction design, joint disposal, shear key setting, safety factor selecting and pre-stressing. It may serve as a reference for similar railway beams in design, construction and quality control.
