ICU护士工作压力与应对方式相关性的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the correlation between job stress and coping style in ICU nurses/Z

目的 ICU 护士工作压力与应对方式的相关性。方法应用 ICU 护士压力源量表和应对量表,对4所三级甲等医院的103 名外科 ICU 护士进行调查。结果 ICU 护士的工作压力平均得分为(2.45±0.19)分,ICU 护士多采用积极的应对方式;其积极应对方式与压力程度呈负相关(r=-0.288,P<0.05),消极应对方式与压力程度呈正相关(r=0.379,P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应充分认识到应对方式与 ICU 护士工作压力之间的关系,采取多种方式促使护理人员采用积极的应对方式,减轻 ICU 护士的压力状况。

Objective To determine the correlation between ICU nurses＇ job stress and coping style. Method 103 surgery ICU nurses from four class - 3 first - ranked hospitals were investigated using the ICU nurses＇ Job Stressor Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The mean score of ICU nurses＇ job stress was （2.45 ± 0.19）. ICU nurses tended to adopt positive coping style rather than negative coping style. There was a negative correlation between positive coping style and job stress （ r = - 0. 288, P 〈 0.05 ） ,while there was a positive correlation between negative coping style and job stress （ r = 0. 379, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Nursing administrators should realize the correlation between ICU nurses＇ coping style and job stress,and take multiple means to promote the nurses to adopt positive coping style and reduce their stress.
