目的探索并应用三级护士责任制工作模式。方法三级护士在符合基本条件的基础上通过竞聘产生,以三级护士为首组建护理组,各级护士根据责、权范围开展工作。结果提高了整体护理环节质量和终末质量,培养了护理人员的管理能力。引入了竞争机制,护理人员的潜能得到了充分的发挥。结论三级护士责任制工作模式对提高整体护理质量,培养临床护理及管理人才,促进护理事业的发展具有重要意义,是适应卫生事业改革的一种可行的护理工作模式。

To explore and apply the three - class nurse responsible working mode. Methods The three - class nurses were selected by competition on the foundation of matching the basic qualifications. Three - class nurses groups are set up and nurses carry out corresponding nursing works according to the responsibilities and rights of each class respectively. Results As a result, this practice improved the process quality and final quality of holistic nursing,cultivated the nurses＇ administration capacity,brought in competition system and fully exerted the nurses＇ potentiality. Conclusions The three -class nurse responsible working mode is valuable for improving the quality of holistic nursing, cultivation of the talents of clinical nursing and management and promoting the development of nursing profession. It has been proved to be a feasible working mode which suitable for the medical reform.
