摘要
目前,许多循环流化床锅炉在运行过程中发现回料器结焦的现象,为了更好地防止回料器结焦现象的发生,提出用部分或全部蒸汽替代回料器高压流化风的设计思想。研究了蒸汽替代空气流化的可行性及对锅炉性能、CaO的脱硫特性、系统布置及机组电耗的影响。为进一步提高循环流化床锅炉运行可靠性,石灰石等固硫剂的利用率和降低锅炉风机电耗提供新的思路。
At present,slag building was found in the sealpot in some CFB boilers , in order to resolve this problem ,the author put forward the thought which using steam as the substitution for HP fluidized air to fluidzing the materials in sealpot in CFB boiler. This paper also analyze the feasibility and the influence to boiler performances ,characteristics of CaO desulfurate, system arrangement and consumption of power of unit etc. We analyzed in this paper the new method would promote the boiler operating reliability, increase the limestone utilization and reduce the blower power.
