摘要
目的研究脑干出血患者预后相关因素。方法回顾分析我院81例脑干出血患者。结果脑干出血患者死亡率与患者血压、体温、白细胞计数、血糖的升高、意识障碍重、GCS评分低、出血量大、脑干变形、血肿破入脑室有关。结论对脑干出血预后判断非常重要,经采取积极措施可降低死亡率。
Objective To study the factors prognosis in brain hemorrhage patients. Methods 81 eases of brain stem hemorrhage were reviewd. Results The mortality of brain stem hemorrhage was related with higher blood pressure, higher temperature,higher WBC and blood sugar, the serious conscious obstructive, lower GCS mark volumes of hemorrhage, deformed brain stem , and blooded ventricle. Conclusion The judgement of brain stem hemorrhage was very important to prognosis, the mortality could be reduced by energetic treatment.
