摘要 对附碳澳矿流态化预还原过程进行了实验,通过回归分析,找出影响还原度的主要因素.阐述了附着碳加速还原和有效防止粘结的原因.估算了流态化预还原过程实际气相成份与平衡气相成份,为确定流态化预还原工艺流程和工艺多数提供了依据. The pre-reduction process of carbon-adhering Australian ore on a fluidized bed is studied in this paper.BY linear regression analysis.the main factors and their influential orders to the reduction degree are found The reasons for speeding the ore particals reduction and preventing their sticking are presented. Both the factual gas compasition and the Calculated gas composition during fluidized pre-reduction process are also presented.The important basis for fluidization pre-reduction process arid its operation paramenters are provided.
