Survey and Countermeasure Research on Higher Vocational Colleges Students' Psychological State in Selecting Occupations

本课题采用自编的调查问卷和国际通用量表SCL-90,对武汉交通职业学院2005届的专科毕业生进行有关择业心态的问卷调查,力求把握新形势下高职学生的职业理想、择业方向、择业标准、择业方式、择业情绪、择业准备和对就业形势的认识,以及在择业、就业期间的心理健康状况。本课题研究者分析了产生诸多择业心理特征的原因,并在此基础上提出干预措施。

It mentions that a questionnaire was designed in aspects of vocational colleges students＇ opinions, orientation, criteria, ways, emotion and psychological readiness of selecting their occupations; and the questionnaire was carded out in Wuhan Transportation Vocational College with its graduates in 2005. This thesis analyzes the results of the survey by intemational SCL-90 and figures out the factors that lead to the characteristics of vocational colleges students＇ psychological states in selecting their occuoations.
