本文研究了高炉喷吹用煤粉灰份含量与粒度的关系，指出加强原煤混匀，控制煤粉细度及采用一步收集煤粉的方法可减小入炉煤粉的灰份波动；筛除原煤中的细粒级部分可降低并稳定入炉煤粉的灰份含量．

in this paper.the relationship between sash content of pulverized coal used in iron blast furnaces and its particle size has been studied.The ash content and its fluctuation of pulverized coal injected into iron blast furnaces can be decreased and stablized by evently mixing raw coal,securing enough fine coal powder.adopting the process of one step collection pulverized coal.and removing the fine part of raw coal.
