摘要
本文给出了一种新型的,用于转子—轴承系统振动的主动控制方案。其主要由可控径向油膜轴承和自校正调节器组成。可控径向轴承作为系统振动的控制元件,通过施加不同的油腔压力而在线地调整转子—轴承系统的动态特性,控制算法由在线参数辩识和基于多步自校正递推预报器的自校正控制器组成。通过测量系统的输入输出值,使转子系统的振动在最小方差意义下最小.仿真计算表明用用本控制方案可以使转子—轴承系统的振动有效地减小.
A new active vibration control scheme for rotor-bearing systems,which basically consists of an active joumal bearing and a self-tuning regulator,is presented in this paper.As a control element of vibration,The active joumal bearing can adjust on line the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system by changing the pressure in the oil chamber.The control algorithms is based on the least-squares parament estimator and the self-tuning regulator with an adaptive multi-step predictor.The scheme minimites the vibration of rotor-bearing system in least squares sense.The results showed that the vibration of the rotor-bearing system can be reduced effectively by the proposed control scheme.
