不同生育期、盐胁迫下蛇床植株中蛇床子素含量的变化

摘要 土壤盐分测定结果表明,正常生长条件下的土壤盐分含量是盐胁迫条件下的4.0倍多,且在盐胁迫下,蛇床植株能够正常生长.利用液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了正常生长条件下蛇床植株幼苗期、营养生长盛期、开花结果期及盐胁迫条件下蛇床植株开花结果期不同部位的蛇床子素含量,结果表明在不同生长条件下开花结果期各部位中蛇床子素含量均达到最大值.盐胁迫条件下开花结果期蛇床子素总含量316.86μg/g干重,是正常生长条件下160.00μg/g干重的1.9倍. Soil salinity under natural growth condition was much more than 4.0 times of that under salt stress, and besides, osthol could grow naturally under salt stress. Osthol content in each part of Cnidium rnonnieri was determined by HPLC in the growth period of seedling, vegetative, blooming and fruit under natural growth condition and in blooming and fruit period under salt stress. Results showed that osthol content was the highest during blooming and fruit period under different growth conditions. During blooming and fruit period the total osthol content was 316.86 μg/g DW under salt stress, which were 1.9 times of that under natural growth condition, and was 160.00 μg/g DW.
