摘要
目的探讨情感表达、自动思维与睡眠质量的关系,为健康教育和心理咨询提供依据。方法对167名工科大学生采用情感表达量表(TAS-20)、自动思维(ATQ)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)进行调查。结果自动思维对睡眠指数有直接正向影响作用,情感表达通过自动思维对睡眠指数存在间接正向作用。结论提高大学生情感表达能力,克服消极自动思维,可以有效改变大学生的睡眠状况,有利于促进大学生的身心健康发展。
Objective To explore the relationship among emotional expression, automatic thoughts and sleep quality, and to provide basis for health education and psychological counseling. Methods TAS-20, Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire (ATQ) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were conducted among 167 undergraduates. Results Automatic thoughts had direct positive effects on sleep index, and emotion expression had indirect positive effects on sleep index through automatic thoughts. Conclusion It is a valid way of in.roving sleep quality of undergraduates to enhance emotional expression and get over automatic thoughts.
