摘要
目的探讨不同选项体育课教学对大学生身体素质的影响,为高校体育课的教学改革提供科学依据。方法随机抽取399名参加不同选项体育课教学前后学生的身体素质达标成绩进行统计分析。结果田径选项课教学后,学生身体素质平均成绩均优于教学前,部分指标差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);其他选项课教学后,学生身体素质平均成绩呈下降趋势,部分指标差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论在选项体育课教学中应加强对学生身体素质的发展。
Objective To explore the physical education (PE) lessons in different options on physical constitution among college students, and to provide scientific basis for the reformation of PE teaching. Methods The students who took part in the different PE lessons were chosen randomly, then their physical constitution scores were analyzed before and after the lessons. Results After having the lessons, students' average scores of physical constitufion were lower than before, track-and-field lessons excepted,and significant differences were found in some of the indices( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Students' physical constitution should be enforced in PE teaching.
