Knowledge,Attitudes and Practice on Calcium Nutrition Among Pupils and Their Parents in Xuzhou

摘要 目的了解徐州市小学生及其家长钙营养知识与饮食习惯现状,为学生营养的干预性研究提供依据.方法采取整群抽样方法,对徐州市4所小学的三~五年级学生及其家长进行问卷调查.结果小学生对'奶是钙的最好来源'与'需补钙人群'2个问题回答正确率分别为75.2%和94.8%,其余均低于65.8%.79.7%的小学生和73.3%的家长为了补钙愿意改变以前的饮食习惯.10.3%的小学生和6.3%的家长经常不吃早餐.7.3%的小学生和31.4%的家长不喜欢食用乳及乳制品,32.2%的小学生和16.3%的家长不喜欢食用豆及豆制品.结论在钙营养知识与饮食行为方面,需要对小学生及其家长进行干预,让他们获得更多的钙营养知识,改变不良的饮食行为. Objective To understand calcium nutrition knowledge and dietary habits in pupils and their parents in Xuzhou, and to provide basis for preventive reaseareh on pupils' nutrition. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among a clustered sampling of pupils in grades 3-5 and their parents from 4 primary schools in Xuzhou. Results Amnng the pupils surveyed, 75.2% and 94.8% knew that milk was the best source of calcium and the populations who need calcium, but less than 65.8% could answer other questions correctly. About 79.7% of the pupils and 73.3% of the parents wanted to change their dietary habits to supplement calcium. 10.3 % pupils and 6.3% parents often skipped off breakfast. 7.3%, 32.3 % of the pupils and 31.4%, 16.3% of the parents didn't like eating milk and bean products. Conclusion Interventions Mould be complemented to make pupils and their parents acquire more information about calcium and dietary habits so as to correct their dietary habits.
