关于历史文化名城建设和管理问题的思考

Some Reflections on Constructing and Managing Famous Ancient Cities

中国的历史文化名城,目前多处于现代化的进程中。如何正确处理继承与创新、保护与开发的关系, 留住历史文化名城的独特风貌,促进历史文化名城的可持续发展,是摆在人们面前的一个重要课题。从中国第一批历史文化名城、孔子故里曲阜市的实践过程来看,在历史文化名城建设管理过程中亟待解决的问题,主要包括发展定位、产业选择、规划设计和管理体制等问题。

Most of the famous ancient cities in China are in the process of modernization. To properly treat the relationship between inheritance and innovation and that between protection and development, to maintain the unique styles and features of such cities and to promote their sustainable development are urgent tasks. As far as the development of Qufu, one of China＇s famous ancient cities, is concerned, the problems that urgently need to be solved in the course of constructing and managing famous ancient cities are mainly concerned with developmental program, choices of industries, projecting and designing, and management systems.
