矿热炉短网铜排电能损耗与降耗途径

摘要 对传统的矿热炉短网铜排电能损耗及降耗情况进行分析,并对改进前后分别进行推导计算和比较,找出造成短网铜排损耗的原因,并提出了改进措施。 Through the analyses of electric loss of copper plate conductors in the traditional submerged-arc furnace busbar and the situation of lowering electric consumption as well as the calculation and comparison of before and after improvements of such conductors, the cause brought about electric loss had been found out and the relevant improvements were proposed.
