阐述了安阳钢铁公司“八五”期取得的节能成绩，分析了能源利用现状及存在的问题，提出了“九五”期节能的目标，进一步论述了“九五”期节能的途径，强化管理和依靠科技进步及技术改造的重点项目．

The achievements gained in energy saving at Anyang iron and Steel Co. in the last fiveyears are affirmed, and at present the utilization of energy and the existed problems are analysed inthis paper which puts forward the targets of energy saving in the next five years and meanwhile further discusses how to realize these targets.
