质粒介导的超广谱β-内酰胺酶的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 随着三代头孢菌素的广泛应用,出现了新的β-内酰胺酶,其中以超广谱β-内酰胺酶(Entended-spectrumβ-Lactamase,ESBLs)和AmpCβ-内酰胺酶最具临床意义。质粒介导的超广谱β-内酰胺酶主要由大肠埃希氏菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌产生,能水解青霉素类、头孢菌素类和单环类抗生素。ESBLs主要来源于TEM及SHV系列,但近年来也出现了一些非TEM非SHV系列的酶。本文对ESBLs来源、分类、产生机制、检测方法等几方面进行了综述。
