高校学科梯队建设浅探——以梯队结构与实力为视角

On the Development of Echelon of Disciplines in Colleges and Universities——With the structure and capacity of the echelon as a perspective

学科梯队建设是高等学校学科建设的中心环节,而结构与实力又是梯队建设的两个重要方面。因此,本文认为:高校在加强学科建设的过程中,必须优化梯队结构、强化梯队实力、健全评估机制。

It is the key link of the discipline construction to construct the echelon of disciplines of which the structure and capacity are both important aspects. Therefore, This paper suggests that colleges and universities should pay more attention to the optimization of structure, intensification of capacity of the echelon and improving the evaluation mechanism.
