摘要
用高效液相色谱仪对蜂胶中10-羟基-癸烯酸含量测定结果表明,蜂胶中确实有10-HDA存在,就所测的样品来看,平均含量为0.22%。
Determiantion of the 10-HDA in propolis by HPLC was conducted. It has been proven that the mean content of 10-HDA in propolis was about 0.22%.
