摘要
从4-甲氧苯甲酰基-(1-苯基-3-甲基吡唑啉-5-酮)出发分别合成了9个席夫碱类配合物,通过IR、MS、1HNMR以及差热分析等分别对配体和新配合物进行表征,并采用纸碟法测定了配合物的广谱抗菌活性,效果良好.
Based on 4 - methoxybenzoyl - ( 1 - phenyl - 3 - methyl - 5 - pyrazolone) , nine complexes have been synthesized. They were characterized with IR, MS, 1HNMR and DTA. The results of preliminary test for bacteirostatic activity show that the complexes have inhibition to Escherichia Coli and Staphy lococ - cus aureus.
