An Inspiration from the Latest College Ranking List of the US and UK to the Assessment and Development of China's Universities

本文在简要分析《美国新闻与世界报导》和英国的《泰晤士报》两家世界知名媒体的大学评估与排名的基础上,对照我国大学评估的历史与现实,对我国大学评估与排名工作及中国大学的发展应该借鉴国外先进经验的方面提出了初步建议。

This paper analyses the famous media university assessment and ranking given by the US NEWS WORLD and TIMES of UK.Based on that, this writer gives some suggestions on how to draw on the advanced experience from the foreign countries to improve China＇s university assessment and ranking and development according to the history and reality.
