摘要
本文采用了在实验室中制备的固体酸SO42–/SnO2为催化剂合成DIOP,分别考察催化剂用量、醇酐比、反应时间等对合成DOIP产率的影响.实验表明,在DIOP的合成中其最佳工艺操作条件是:采用14g/mol(苯酐)SO42-/SnO2催化剂、醇酐比为2.40:1、反应时间为4h,其酯化产率可达94%以上.SO42-/SnO2作为该反应的催化剂具有催化活性高、寿命长、可多次重复使用、产物易纯化分离、且产品色泽浅等优点,可望代替传统浓硫酸作催化剂应用于DIOP的合成.
In this report, the kind of solid acid (SO4^2-/SNO2) made in the laboratory is adopted as catalytic agents to synthesize DIOP. During the experiments, observations have been carried out respectively on the kinds and the quantities of the solid acid, the ratio of ethanol to P-hydroxybenzoatic acid, and the time of reactions in order to find out their influences on the ratio of production of the compound DIOP. The experiments show that in the synthesis of DIOP the best operating conditions are the adoption of 14g/mol(Phthallic Anhydride) SO4^2-/SNO2 catalyst, the ratio of Alcohol to Anhydride being 2.4:1,and the reaction time 4 hours. As a result its ratio of production of esterification is above 94%. SO4^2-/SNO2 as a catalyst in the reaction has its advantages, such as high activity, long-lived and being able to use repeatedly. Our DiOP is light in color and easy to purify and separate. So this catalytic agent can replace concentrated sulphuric acid which is traditionally adopted as a catalyst in the synthesis of DIOP.
