摘要
目的:建立鲜鱼腥草汁制剂的质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对槲皮素含量进行测定。结果:认为鲜鱼腥草汁中槲皮素含量不得少于0.008%,口服3次,每次25m l,冷藏下有效期为3天。结论:采用本方法建立鲜鱼腥草汁口服液的质量标准简便、可行。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for fresh Yuxincao juice preparation. Method : The content of meletin was determined by HPLC. Result: the meletin was no less than 0.008% in fresh Yuxincao juice, taking the juice three times orally and 25ml once, the validity duration was three days in cold - storage. Conclusion: the method, which used to establish the quality standard of fresh Yuxincao juice oral liquid, was simple and feasible.
