摘要
青海藏族地区特殊的生存环境和饮食结构,决定了茶在人们饮食生活上的重要地位。青海藏族在烹茶、饮茶以及茶具上都具有鲜明的民族特征,并与藏传佛教的发展、宗教活动密切相关,构成了雪域民族丰富多彩的茶文化。
The special living environment and dietetic composition has decided the important position of tea in Tibetan people's life. For Tibetan nationality, as far as its tea cooking, tea drinking and tea set are concerned, we can observe a distinct national characteristic which is closely related to the development of Tibetan Buddhism and its religious activities. All the above makes up the plentiful and colorful tea culture of the nationality living in snowfield.
