摘要
本文结合磁性材料工艺和锰矿技术特点，创造性地提出由软锰矿、闪锌矿制备锰锌铁氧体材料，克服了锰矿、闪锌矿处理过程的Ｍｎ－Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ－Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ－Ｆｅ分离难题，大大降低了磁性材料生产成本，由于磁性材料产品附加值高。
Based on techniques for magnetic material production and manganese ore treatment, a novel process of manufacturing Mn Zn ferrite from pyxrolusite,sphalerite and steel scraps is developed.The process solves a problem of separating off Mn Zn,Mn Fe and Zn Fe in the treatmant of manganese ore and sphalerite, resulting in considerably redcuing cost of prodcuing the ferrite magnetic material with a high addtional output value so as to make a way to utlize low grade manganese ore in abundance in China.
