摘要
论文报道了利用高品位低活性的天然二氧化锰(NMD)制备锌锰电池用活化天然二氧化锰(ANMD)的研究结果。就制备过程的第一步骤NMD焙烧转化MnO2成Mn2O3的内容,首先从热力学分析焙烧转化的理论条件,然后用确定焙烧转化率的简单分析法研究焙烧温度和焙烧时间两因素对转化率的影响,从而确定将高品位低活性NMD转变MnO2成Mn2O3的焙烧条件。
These series report the results of the preparation of an activate natural manganese dioxide(ANMD) for Zn-MnO2 battery use from natural manganese dioxide (NMD) with high MnO2 content and low activity. The first step for the preparaction of ANMD-NMD calcination for MnO2 conversion to Mn2O3 is studied in this paper. The theoretical condition is analyzed thermodynamically, then the temperature and the time for NMD calcination are determined experimentally.
