摘要
目的:研制用于柱头进样气相色谱仪一体化甲烷化器及对一氧化碳(CO)检测条件进行优化.方法:利用气相色谱仪高精度的加热控温功能在柱头进样器恒温箱上安装研制的U型甲烷化器.另外,通过气相色谱动力学与多相催化动力学的结合对CO的检测条件进行优化.结果:在最佳条件下,方法的线性范围为 2.5×10-4~0.8 μg,相关系数r≥0.998;检出限为 0.25 mg/m3(进样 1 ml);相对标准偏差和回收率分别为 0.7%~4.6%(0.25~400 mg/m3)和 92.6%~99.5%.结论:研制的方法具有可操作性,优于分体式测量模式,较好地解决了CO检测条件难以掌握的难题.方法操作简便,快速,准确,灵敏度和精密度高,适用于环境空气中CO的检测.
Objective:To develop the methane- transformation- device(integrated) in the on -column injection of gas chromatographs and optimize testing conditions of carbon monoxide. Methods:U methane -transformation- device( development study ) was installed on the column injector oven of gas chromatograph. In addition, optimization of testing conditions of carbon monoxide was conducted according to the gas chromatograph dynamics combining with the catalysis dynamics. Results: Under the opti- mal condition, the detection limit was O. 25 mg/m^3 (injection sample 1 ml) and the linear range was 2.5 × 10^-4 - 0. 80μg( r≥0. 998), the relative standard deviation and recovery rate were 0. 7% -4. 6% (0. 25 -400 mg/m^3) and 92. 6% -99. 5%, respectively. Conclusion: The method of development study is operability and better than the non - integration, the method is simple, rapid, accurate and of high sensitivity and accuracy.
