工作场所空气中醇类化合物异丙醇、丁醇、异戊醇的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)测定方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立工作场所空气中醇类化合物异丙醇、丁醇、异戊醇的时间加权平均浓度(TWA)气相色谱测定方法.方法:通过活性炭管采样,溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定空气中醇类化合物异丙醇、丁醇、异戊醇. 按照<工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研究规范>的要求进行实验研究,并对其测定条件和气相色谱条件进行优化选择.结果:方法线性范围为异丙醇 10~1 000 μg/ml,丁醇 10~1 000 μg/ml,异戊醇 100~1 000 μg/ml.相关系数介于0.9993~0.9998之间.检出限为异丙醇 10 μg/ml,丁醇 10 μg/ml,异戊醇 100 μg/ml, 相对标准偏差在 1.1%~7.1% 之间.每 100 mg 活性炭对异丙醇的穿透容量为 19.2 mg,丁醇 24.1 mg,异戊醇 19.7 mg.样品在活性炭管中稳定,至少可保存 7 d.结论:此方法的各项指标均达到了工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研究规范的要求,适用于工作场所空气中异丙醇、丁醇、异戊醇的时间加权平均浓度测定. Objective:To establish a gas chromatographic methods with carbon disulfide desorption for isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol and amyl alcohol in TWA concentration in the workplace air. Methods:Solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, butyl alcohol and amyl alcohol were sampled with charcoal tube. Solvent desorption with carbon disulfide and analysis by GC (FID) were performed. These methods are based on the standardization of methods for determination of toxic substance in workplace air. The determination and chromatographic conditions were optimized. Results: Linear limits of the methods: isopropyl alcohol 10 to 1000μg/ml, butyl alcohol 10 to 1000μg/ml and amyl alcohol 100 to 1000μg/ml. The coefficient of correlation ranged from 0. 9993 to 0. 9998. The detection limit of the solvents above was 10μg/ml, 10μg/ml and 100μg/ml, respectively. The coefficient of variation in sample determination ranged from 1.1% to 7.1%. The breakthrough capacities of 100 mg charcoal for the solvents above were 19. 2 mg, 24.1 mg and 19.7 mg respectively. Atleast 7 days the samples could be storaged stability under normal conditions. Conclusion: These methods are corresponding to the Chinese guidelines of the method for determination of toxic substances in workplace air. These methods were established and confirmed suitable of determine the selected solvents in TWA concentration in workplace air, which makes contribution to putting the new limit of occupational exposure into practice.
