摘要 目的:用离子色谱法测定纯净水中的痕量亚硝酸根.方法:含亚硝酸根离子的水样中加入一定量的甲醛,用离子色谱法测定,峰面积进行定量.结果:加入 1.0 mg/L 甲醛,可延长亚硝酸盐的稳定时间,改善分析性能,方法的检出限为 0.01 mg/L,线性范围为 0~30 mg/L,线性相关系数r=0.9998,方法精密度(RSD)和准确度(P),分别为 1.93%~3.70% 和 96.08%~104.06%.结论:该方法准确度高、精密度好,简便、快速,可直接测定水样中的亚硝酸根,结果满意. Objective:To determine nitrite in pure water samples by ion chromatography. Methods:The water samples which contained nitrite was added into formaldehyde, it was detected by ion chromatography and quantified by peak area. Results: The formaldehyde was not interfere with the peak of nitrite. The eluent was 1.7 mmol/L sodium bicarbonate and 1.8 mmol/L sodium carbonate. When the eluent flow rate was 0. 8 ml/min, it was 8 hours that the longest stable time of the nitrite in the mixed solution, the linear range of the calibration curve was 0 - 30 mg/L with the detection limit of 0. 01 mg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9998. The precision ( RSD ) was 1.93 % - 3.70% , and accuracy ( P ) 96.08 % - 104.06%. Conclusion: This method is reliable and accurate and can be used to detect nitrite directly in water.
