摘要
介绍了城市规划报批与电子报批的概念以及传统报批模式存在的问题;论述了基于GIS的城市规划电子报批系统中规划方案审查模块的设计和开发;并对电子报批系统的主要功能进行了阐述。
This paper introduces urban planning approval system, urban planning electron approval system and the problems in the traditional system, explains the design and development for the examination module in the urban planning electron approval system based on GIS. And the main function in the system is also discussed.
