摘要
以植物花发育调控的分子模型为基础,介绍了花发育相关基因AP2在高等植物花器官和营养组织中的时空表达特点,以及参与花分生特性建立、花器官特性特化和形成调节、花同源异型基因活性时空调节等花发育过程;阐述了模式植物中与AP2基因一起参与花发育调控的其他基因,及其在基因调控网络中的关系。
The characteristics of temporal and spatial expression of AP2 gene in floral organs and vegetative tissues on the basis of molecular regulating models of floral development in higher plant were described. AP2 participated in flower development process involving the establishment of floral meristem identity, the specification of flower organ identity and the regulation of floral organogenesis, the temporal and spatial regulation of homologous and heterotypical flower gene activity. The other genes cooperating with AP2 participated in regulation of floral development in the model plant and their interaction in gene regulation network were expounded.
