海盐县城市化进程中的水资源配置模式研究

Study on sustainable use models of water resources in urbanization process of Haiyan

城市化是人类发展的必然趋势,也是一个国家走向现代化的必经阶段。城市化进程的迅猛发展,在推动经济发展的同时,也引起了一系列的水资源安全问题。针对城市化进程中出现的水资源利用问题,以海盐县为例,运用系统动力学方法进行仿真预测,通过对结果的分析,提出了城市化进程中的水资源配置方案。

Urbanization is an inexorable trend of our mankind development. It is also a necessary stage through which a country moves towards modernization. During recent decades, the course of urbanization is swift and violent, a series of ecological environment problems such as water resources security have arisen. This paper analyses the water resources utilization problems during the urbanization in Haiyan County and introduces the method of systematic dynamic simulating mechanism to carry through simulation prediction. Based on the result analysis, we put forward the sustainable use model of water resources.
